Shipping and Returns
Orders received by 10am will be dispatched the same day.* If upgrades to hardware or software are requested, please allow an additional 24 hours.
Last order date for guaranteed Christmas delivery 19th December 2025 before 10am.
UK and Ireland
Deliveries to UK & Ireland* are free of charge and will be delivered within two working days of dispatch.
* Exclusions: Scottish Islands. Areas within the Scottish Highlands will take 2-3 days longer from dispatch date.

Next working day* delivery is available (fee displayed at checkout). Orders made before 10am will be delivered on the next working day* (Monday – Friday) Exclusions: Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Scilly Isles, Scottish Highlands, Scottish Islands.
* During busy periods, it may take up to an additional day handling for orders to be processed and dispatched. We will notify customers if this is the case.
* Due to the new COVID-19 restrictions in Northern Ireland, our warehouse team will be operating on a split shift Monday – Friday. We are closed Saturday and Sunday. If you receive a shipment email in the evening after 5pm, the parcel will not be collected until the following business day by DPD.
* We no longer ship to the Channel Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man and the Scilly Isles.
Europe
Deliveries to European countries** cost GBP10.00 and will be converted to Euro at checkout. Deliveries to European countries will usually take 4-6 working days from the date of dispatch. We deliver to the following mainland European countries: France, Germany, Netherlands, Spain.
** Exclusions: Off-shore islands. Please email [email protected] for a carriage quotation to these territories.
Courier
Deliveries to Ireland (North & South), UK and mainland Europe are completed by DPD. A tracking number will be issued and the item can be tracked at www.dpd.ie.
All deliveries will require your signature. If there's no-one available at the delivery address, a re-delivery will be attempted. In the event that this is not successful, the goods are returned to us by the courier. An additional fee would be levied to arrange a further delivery.
Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your item, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods for an exchange or a refund.
In order to return your item:
- • Please email [email protected] to receive a Returns Authorisation (RA).
- • Ensure your item is in its original packaging with any warranty labels and other relevant documents enclosed.
- • Write the Returns Authorisation (RA) Number on the outside of the package.

* We strongly recommend that you fully insure your package that you are returning. We suggest the use of a carrier that can provide you with a proof of delivery.
Returns will take approximately one to two working days to process once the goods have arrived.
